Kristin Cole has been part of Silvercreek Realty Group since its founding in 2008, originally joining as one of the company's first agents. Over the years, she has taken on a wide range of roles including front desk administrator, broker’s assistant, real estate agent, and assistant to fellow agents—giving her a well-rounded understanding of both the business and agent experience.

In 2006, Kristin and her husband launched Sound Wave Events, an event company they operated together. That experience deepened her skills in business management, leadership, sales, and marketing. In 2020, she returned to Silvercreek full time in the role of Operations Manager and Agent Director, where she now focuses on agent development, operational efficiency, and company culture.

Kristin holds a B.S. in Social Science from Boise State University and earned dual master’s degrees from Western Governors University: one in Management and Leadership and another in Business Administration. She values continuous learning and applies a strategic mindset to her work.

In her current role as Chief Operations Officer, Kristin oversees daily operations at Silvercreek, including staff management and agent experience. She leads with a focus on collaboration, support, and connection—helping agents access the tools, education, and guidance they need to thrive.

Outside of work, Kristin enjoys spending time with her husband, Adam, and their two teenage sons. They’re often found biking the Boise Greenbelt, kayaking the river, or enjoying time with friends and extended family. She loves to read, work her flower garden, meet up with friends for coffee chats, and do improv (mostly just to laugh!).
